Because of previous issues with our Jupiter server, we decided last month to begin an upgrade plan to a new and improved Neptune server. At the same time, we decided to move the few accounts left on Venus over to Neptune as well for best efficiency for everyone.

During this move, we ask that you do not do any changes to your site while the accounts are being moved. The technical reason behind this is that the accounts are being automatically copied and after that, it takes a while for the domain to start seeing the site at the new server. If things change on the old server (after the copy), they will be lost once the domain starts seeing the site at the new server where the copied data is.

We will be sending you an email as soon as your site has been moved over. If you have the domain with us, you do not need to do anything. You will simply receive a notice from us saying that the move is complete.

If you have your domain registered yourself, you will need to update the nameservers of it. We will be sending you an email right after the account transfer is complete to let you know that you should change them and to which nameservers.

Please do note that this move does not result in any downtime for your website as the transition between the servers happen seamlessly.
